Privacy Policy

Data We Collect

Coach accounts: name, email, phone number. Player records: name, date of birth, a birth certificate or passport, and a profile photo, submitted by a coach and reviewed by a Super Admin before a player becomes active.

How We Protect Minors' Information

Player identity documents are never publicly accessible and are only viewable by authorised roles. Public listings show only a first name, team, category, and on-pitch statistics. Guardian consent is recorded before any player photo or media is used publicly.

Payments

Payments are processed via Safaricom's M-Pesa (Daraja API). We store transaction references and receipt numbers for reconciliation; we never store M-Pesa PINs or full card details.
